Day 2 of sunshine

Second day in a row I woke to sun streaming in the window instead of gloomy clouds. Logically I know that the rain brings good crops, flowers, and green lawns, but I also know that a lack of Vitamin D leaves me a little gloomy.
I'm reading a book called A Stain on the Silence by Andrew Taylor. Only a few pages in but so far it seems to be a good mystery. I'm weary of James Patterson these days as he is now becoming predictable and well.... cliche. He has yet another new novel out. They seem to come in threes--a month. Can he truly have that many good plots or is he simply now writing to produce? So, I will try Andrew Taylor who sets most of his stories in Britian and I love stories set in Britain.
Will I be disappointed? Maybe. Disappointment.... has its own meanderings.
I'm going to have to spray for ants today. My counter has increased from one at a time to two at a time...
I crave a smore and a campfire.
